摘　　要：作为汽车车身主配件的挡风玻璃在行驶安全中起着极为重要的作用。设计了一种智能前挡风玻璃调光控制系统,研究了电致玻璃随外部环境的变化规律,设定外部温度阈值和光强阈值,中央处理器把采集的信号传给控制器,进一步控制电致玻璃光透射比,实现智能调光。该控制系统的设计实现了智能前挡风玻璃调光需要,为汽车智能玻璃调光系统的研究打下了基础,也为新产品的开发提供了思路。As the main parts of automobile body,windshield plays an important role in driving safety.An intelligent front windshield dimming control system is designed.By studying the changes of electro-glass with the external environment,setting the external temperature threshold and light intensity threshold,the central processor transmits the collected signals to the controller to further control the light transmittance of electro-glass and realize intelligent dimming.The design of the control system realizes the need for intelligent front windshield dimming,which lays the foundation for the research of automotive intelligent glass dimming system and provides ideas for the development of new products.
