摘　　要：柴胡桂枝汤为小柴胡汤与桂枝汤的合方,为临床常用的张仲景方。《伤寒论》中“伤寒六七日,发热,微恶寒,肢节烦疼,微呕,心下支结,外证未去者,柴胡桂枝汤主之。”然该方的临床应用并不仅止于外感病,因其具有疏利少阳、和调营卫、协调阴阳之功,导师袁红霞教授临证多年常用之有效治疗多类病证。笔者有幸侍诊见其应用柴胡桂枝汤治疗糖尿病、甲状腺功能亢进、乳腺癌等多种杂病性汗出疗效显著,故本文对此进行了初步探讨。Chaihu Guizhi decoction commonly used in clinical practce is composed of Xiaochaihu decoction and Guizhi decoction.Shang Han Lun Says,"People who develop exogenous febrile diseases for six or seven days,are characteristic of fever,slightly evil cold,limb pain,nausea,and epigastric induration.If the external syndrome has not gone,Chaihu Guizhi decoction Can be used."However,based on its function of Soothing Shao-yang,keeping Ying Qi and Wei Qi in balance,and even regulating the Yin and Yang,the clinical application of the prescription is not just febrile diseases.Professor YUAN Hong-xia engages in clinical work for decades of years,and effectively treats varieties of diseases.The author has the honor to see the curative effect of Chaihu Guizhi decoction in terms of miscellaneous sweating,such as diabetes mellitus,hyperthyroidism and breast cancer,etc.Therefore,the article carries on the preliminary discussion about it.
