摘 要:大学生科技竞赛活动是学校本科生创新教育体系的重要组成部分,是培养学术人才的重要途径之一。为更有效地开展科技竞赛活动,充分发挥科技竞赛对培养创新人才的作用,从竞赛软硬件资源建设、学生科技竞赛团队建设、科技竞赛实施流程三方面进行改革。建立了开放性、层次化硬件支撑平台,实施科技竞赛融入理论和实验实践课堂、融入科研项目,规范了竞赛实施过程学校、学院和指导教师三级管理流程。经过近五年建设实践,在创新创业人才培养方面取得了显著成效。College students'science and technology competition is an important part of the undergraduate innovative education system and it is one of the important ways to train academic talents.In order to carry out science and technology competitions more effectively,and take maximum advantage of the role of science and technology competition in cultivating innovative talents,a reform has been carried out in three aspects:the construction of software and hardware resources,the student team building,and the implementation process.An open and hierarchical hardware support platform has been established,and science and technology competition has been integrated into the theoretical and experimental practice classroom,as well as research projects.Three-level management process for schools,colleges and instructors has been regulated.Through the construction practice for nearly 5 years,significant achievements have been made in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
