摘　　要：党的十八大教育方针中提到我国教育应把立德、树人作为教育的根本任务,全面实施素质教育,培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,以江西农业大学和宜春学院学生工作管理模式为案例,分析了地方高校新时期学生工作管理存在的问题及对策,力求创新学生工作管理新模式,适应新时期发展要求,建设智慧校园,做好人民满意的教育事业。In the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it has been mentioned that basic task of Chinese education should be building morality and cultivating talents through education for all-around development to improve constructors and successors for socialism in terms of their moral,intellectual and fitness level as well as in their appreciation of aesthetics.This paper takes the pattern of student management in Jiangxi Agricultural University and Yichun University as examples,analyzes current problems of student management in local colleges and looks for the solutions to those problems.It attempts to innovate new pattern of student management,meet developmental requirements in new era,solve existing problems,construct intelligent campus,and carry out satisfying education for Chinese people.
