摘　　要：以“高等学校创新能力提升计划”(“2011计划”)和“卓越工程师教育培养计划”为依据,在分析目前工程类人才培养现状及制约培养质量因素基础上,探讨卓越工程师培养的培养模式,并分别从创新理念、人才培养模式、协同创新平台构建等方面进行详细剖析。According to the Innovative Ability Promotion Program of Institutions of Higher Learning(Plan 2011)and Education Program of Outstanding Engineers,and based on analysis of the current situation of engineering talents training and the factors restricting the quality of training,this paper discusses the training mode of excellent engineers from the aspects of innovative ideas,talent training mode and the construction of collaborative innovation platform.
