摘　　要：在深入分析海军航空装备指挥人才内涵的基础上,合理确定人才培训目标。针对培训需求,提出优化培训内容体系、创新培训实施方法及提升保障条件建设水平等合理化建议,以确保海军航空装备保障指挥人才队伍培训工作健康有序的开展。On the basis of in-depth analysis of the connotation of naval aviation equipment command personnel,this paper reasonably determines the training objectives of talents.In order to meet the training needs,some reasonable suggestions are put forward,such as optimizing the training content system,innovating the training implementation methods,and improving the construction level of support conditions,so as to ensure the healthy and orderly development of the training of naval aviation equipment support command talents.
