摘　　要：目前,甲醇已然成为支撑各领域生产经营建设的重要资源,甲醇生产质量与效率直接影响到地区经济发展水平,需相关单位做好煤气化制甲醇工艺的研究工作,细致分析煤气化制甲醇工艺原料消耗情况,不断优化煤气化生产流程。基于此,以煤气化甲醇工艺为切入点,分析煤气化甲醇工艺原料消耗影响因素,并制定出相应解决措施。From the current point of view,methanol has become an important resource to support the production and operation of various fields.The quality and efficiency of methanol production can directly affect the level of regional economic development.Relevant units need to do a good job in the research of methanol production from coal gasification and detailed analysis The consumption of raw materials for coal gasification to methanol process continuously optimizes the coal gasification production process.Based on this,the coal gasification methanol process is used as the starting point to analyze the factors affecting the consumption of raw materials in the coal gasification methanol process,and formulate corresponding solutions.
