摘　　要：主要针对中海石油建滔化工有限公司800kt甲醇装置精馏塔差压测量仪表指示在系统运行过程中波动较大,进而影响工艺操作人员对精馏塔压的精准控制的问题,通过对甲醇精馏塔差压测量仪表的缺陷进行分析与故障处理,使操作人员能够更好地去控制系统参数,进而提高系统的稳定性。This paper mainly aims at the fact that the indication of the differential pressure measuring instrument of the distillation tower in the 800000 ton methanol plant of CNOOC Jiantao Chemical Co.,Ltd.fluctuates greatly during the operation of the system,which affects the precise control of the distillation tower pressure by the process operators.Through the analysis and troubleshooting of the defects of the differential pressure measuring instrument of the methanol distillation tower,the operators can better control the system parameters And then improve the stability of the system.
