摘  要:海上平台冷放空口被雷击起火的事件时有发生,对海上油气生产造成重大安全隐患,如果产生回火,严重的可能导致整个平台发生火灾爆炸。为防止此类事件再次发生,将海上平台冷放空直管口垂直结构改造成水平结构再加装避雷针,通过物模实验对改造效果进行验证。实验结果表明:现有垂直结构在无风或者有微风的情况下冷放空口被击中概率均为100%,引燃概率均大于90%;改造后的水平+避雷针结构无论放电电极是在平台侧还是在火炬侧,无论无风还是有微风,冷放空口的击中概率均为0,引燃概率也均为0。The cold vent of offshore platform is often struck by lightning,which may cause major safety hazards to offshore oil and gas production.If there is backfire,it may cause fire and explosion of the whole platform.In order to prevent this kind of incident from happening again,the vertical structure of cold vent straight pipe orifice of offshore platform is transformed into horizontal structure,and then lightning rod is added,and the effect of transformation is verified by physical model experiment.The experimental results show that the probability of cold vent is 100%and the ignition probability is more than 90%in the case of no wind or breeze in the existing vertical structure;the probability of cold vent is 0%and the ignition probability is 0%in the modified horizontal+lightning rod structure no matter whether the discharge electrode is on the platform side or on the flare side,no matter there is no wind or micro wind.
