摘　　要：介绍了城市装配式建筑行业未来的发展趋势,提出城市周边地区烧结砖企业升级转型发展的技术路线,介绍了烧结陶粒和陶粒轻质墙板的产品优势和生产工艺,探讨了三种生产工艺在原料供应、生产技术、市场开拓等方面的发展空间,提出可供烧结砖企业转型发展的合理化建议。The article introduces the future development trend of prefabricated construction industry,proposes the technical route for the upgrade and transformation of fired brick enterprises in rural areas,introduces the product advantages and production processes of fired ceramsite and ceramsite light wallboard,and discusses three kinds of production on the development space of the process in raw material supply,production technology,market development,etc.,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the transformation and development of fired brick enterprises.
