摘  要:钢车身零件粘接结构在受到冲击之后造成疲劳会影响到车体的安全性能,尤其是粘接结构,其受力性能会相对较弱,所以为了能够提高其安全性能,需要对受到冲击之后的粘接结构进行分析,获取其几何特征,有助于更加了解钢车身的性能,从而可以从提高车身性能,对安全性能也会大有帮助。CAXA-3D是一种功能性较强大的软件,并且操作简单、易于学成,还具有很好的兼容性能,将其运用到钢车身零件粘接结构冲击疲劳几何特征提取中将会有很好的应用效果。The fatigue of the steel body part bonding structure after impact will affect the safety performance of the car body,especially the bonding structure,its bearing performance will be relatively weak,so in order to improve its safety performance,it is necessary to analyze the bonding structure after impact and obtain its geometric features,which helps to better understand the performance of the steel body,which can greatly improve the performance of the body and the safety performance.CAXA-3D is a kind of highly functional software,and it is easy to operate,easy to learn,and has good compatibility.Applying it to the impact fatigue geometric feature extraction of steel body parts bonding structure will have a good application effect.
