摘  要:本文选择硝酸和高氯酸(3∶1)作为消解液处理样品,并采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定雪燕中锰、锌、钴、铅和镉五种微量元素的含量.实验结论锰元素含量较高,锌、钴、铅元素相差不大,没有检测出镉.其平均值为Mn为32.19μg·g^-1,Co为2.75μg·g^-1,Zn为5.63μg·g^-1,Cd为0.00μg·g^-1,Pb为2.88μg·g^-1.结果加标平均回收率为101.0%~106.0%,RSD为0.5%~3.0%,表明该方法确切可信.In this paper,the contents of five common trace elements in cubilose were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The samples were treated by wet digestion,the digestion solution was HNO3-HClO4(v/v 3:1).The results of the experiment showed that the content of manganese was relatively high,and there was little difference in the content of zinc,cobalt and lead.Cadmium was not detected in the sample under the experimental conditions.The average values of trace elements in cubilose were 32.19μg·g^-1 of Mn,2.75μg·g^-1 of Co,5.63μg·g^-1 of Zn,0.00μg·g^-1 of Cd,and 2.88μg·g^-1 of Pb.The average recovery was 101.0%~106.0%and RSD was 0.5%~3.0%,indicating that the method was accurate and reliable.
