摘　　要：运用文献资料法、访谈法、田野调查法等,对英格兰足球DNA哲学的五个方面进行分析,归纳发现作为英格兰足球人必须具有高度的的责任感和勇于挑战的信心;足球比赛时刻准备攻守转换,守门员更是进攻和防守战术体系的重要组成部分;英格兰的未来之星具有出色的四角原则能力,基础-青年-职业三阶段式球员成长目标;“计划—实施—反馈”是英格兰教练员执教的最基本手段,“个人-小组-球队”是训练和反馈的主要组成形式;英格兰足球需要家庭、学校、乃至整个社会的支持和参与.The Methods of data study,interview,field survey,are used to analyze the five aspects of English football DNA philosophy.Concluded:as an English soccer players must have a high sense of responsibility and confidence to challenge;Prepared to change from offensive and defensive in football match and the goalkeeper is an important part of the offensive and defensive tactical system;England's future star has excellent four angle principle ability,basic-youth-pr-ofessional three-stage player growth goal;"Plan-Do-Review"is the basic means of English coaching;English soccer needs the support and participation of the family,school,even the whole society.
