摘　　要：目的:研究黎药海南九节的化学成分。方法:综合运用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20、高效液相色谱等技术进行分离,并运用NMR技术对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从海南九节茎中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为:齐墩果酸(1)、3-表齐墩果酸(2)、黑麦交酯(3)、吐叶醇(4)、吴萸素B(5)、3-羰基熊果酸(6)、刺囊酸(7)、桦木酮酸(8)、3-甲氧基槲皮素(9)、(22E)-5,8-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3-ol(10)、咖啡因(11)、2,6-二甲氧基对苯醌(12)、山柰酚(13)。结论:其中,化合物3~10、12和13为首次从九节属植物中分离得到,所有化合物均为首次从海南九节中分离得到。Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Li medicine Psychotria hainanensis.Methods:Compounds were isolated by using silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and pre-HPLC.The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR.Results:Thirteen compounds were isolated from the stem of Psychotria hainanensis and identified as oleanolic acid(1),3-epioleanolic acid(2),loliolide(3),vomifoliol(4),evofolin B(5),3-oxo-ursolic acid(6),echinocystic acid(7),betuloni cacid(8),3-methoxyquercetin(9),(22E)-5,8-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3-ol(10),caffeine(11),2,6-dimethoxy-1,4-benzoquinone(12),kaempferol(13).Conclusion:Compounds 3 to 10,12 and 13 are isolated from Psychotria genus for the first time.All the compounds are isolated from Psychotria hainanensis for the first time.
