摘 要:目的:对川牛膝中的化学成分进行分离与鉴定。方法:通过甲醇回流法提取,运用SP825L大孔吸附树脂、ODS柱层析、制备液相色谱法以及重结晶等手段对川牛膝甾酮组分进行分离和纯化,利用1H-NMR、13C-NMR、质谱等波谱学测试手段确定化合物的结构。结果:从川牛膝中分离出8个蜕皮甾酮类化合物,分别鉴定为:24-hydroxycyasterone(1)、25-epi-28-epi-cyasterone(2)、cyasterone(3)、28-epi-cyasterone(4)、24,28-diepi-cyasterone(5)、amarasterone A(6)、makisterone A(7)、capitasterone(8)。结论:其中,化合物1、7、8为首次从该属植物中分离得到。Objective:To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from Cyathula officinalis.Methods:Cyathula officinalis was extracted by methanol reflux method,the compounds were isolated and purified by SP825L macroporous adsorption resin,ODS column chromatography,preparative liquid chromatography and recrystallization.The structures of the compounds were determined by 1HNMR,13C-NMR and mass spectrometry.Results:Eight ecdysterones were isolated from Cyathula officinalis and identified as 24-hydroxycyasterone(1),25-epi-28-epi-cyasterone(2),cyasterone(3),28-epi-cyasterone(4),24,28-diepi-cyasterone(5),amarasterone A(6),makisterone A(7),capitasterone(8).Conclusion:Compounds 1,7 and 8 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
