摘  要:随着光伏渗透率快速增加,光伏出力随机波动与预测误差引起电力系统功率不平衡。为维持电力系统可靠性,调度部门不得不增加备用。针对含多光伏电站联合系统,文章建立了多光伏互补模型,降低系统有功出力波动和备用容量需求;为了满足备用约束条件且充分利用光伏发电,提出混合差分进化算法以求解光伏出力最优设定值。计算结果表明,该文所提多光伏电站互补模型和最优出力设定值算法,可以有效降低备用容量需求。As the increasing of the photovoltaic(PV)generation penetration,adequate spinning reserve should be scheduled to deal with the power fluctuation and the forecast error for maintaining the reliability of the power system.The complementary model for multiple PV generation stations is proposed to reduce the reserve requirement.To meet the reserve constraint conditions and make full use of PV generation,the proposed model is solved by the hybrid differential evolution method and the optimal output setting for each PV generation station is obtained.Numerical results validate that by using the proposed complementary model and the optimal output setting algorithm the reserve requirement is reduced and further the total social benefit is improved.
