摘　　要：中医禁忌学渗透到生命过程的各个角落,表现在生理、病理、诊断、治则治法、遣方用药等诸方面,为研究和发展中医开辟了另一条道路。中医禁忌学是中医临床基础医学的新兴学科,要宜忌并重构建临床思维模式,用禁忌内涵促进养生学与临床医学的发展。The contraindication of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) penetrates into every corner of the life process, and it is manifested in many aspects such as physiology, pathology, diagnosis, treatment, therapeutic principles and methods, and prescription and pharmacy, opening another path for research and development of TCM. The contraindications of TCM are emerging disciplines of clinical basic medicine in TCM. It is necessary to equally emphasize appropriate and contraindication reconstructing clinical thinking patterns, and to use contraindication connotation to promote health preserving and clinical medicine.
