摘　　要：总结张志远教授治疗崩漏的经验。认为崩漏的发生与饮食失宜、情志失调、劳倦过度密切相关,诸病因可导致热伤冲任、迫血妄行,或中气下陷、冲任不固,或瘀阻冲任、血不循经,或脾肾亏虚、冲任虚寒,发生崩漏。治疗上主要从火、虚、瘀三方面论治,善用清解和补益之法,主张从凉血止血、补中益气、活血化瘀、温阳摄血方面辨证施治。Professor ZHANG Zhiyuan′s experience in treating metrorrhagia was summerized. It is believed that the occurrence of metrorrhagia is closely related to diet disorders, emotional disturbances and overwork. Various causes can lead to heat hiding in thoroughfare and conception channels, heat into blood causing injury to blood channels, sinking of middle qi, insecurity of thoroughfare and conception channels, or stagnation and obstruction of the thoroughfare and conception channels, or spleen and kidney deficiency, deficiency and coldness of thoroughfare and conception channels which can lead to metrorrhagia. The treatment is mainly based on fire, deficiency, and stasis. ZHANG is good at using the method of clearing heat and detoxification, supplementation and invigoration. He advocated that we should use the treatment of pattern differentiation from cooling the blood and stop bleeding, supplementing the middle and replenishing qi,invigorating blood and dissolving stasis, and warming yang to control blood.
