基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论探讨扶阳消阴法在肿瘤临证中的应用

摘　　要：中医学认为,"凡属有形者,无非阴邪渣浊之物"。肿瘤作为有形之实体,是因机体阳气亏虚,不能制化阴津,遂聚敛而成痰凝血瘀等阴邪渣浊之物。基于"阳化气,阴成形"理论,指导临床首当辨别阴阳的多寡,在"辨病-辨证-辨体"三位一体的方法下,时时扶阳,适时消阴,且在不同病种、不同治疗方式、不同体质人群中,宜详辨阴阳权重,在运用扶阳法时应详审病机,方能不致耗阴伤正。探讨扶阳消阴法对临证肿瘤的治疗指导作用,可为进一步丰富中医肿瘤的病机学说与提高临证辨治肿瘤的疗效奠定基础。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) believes that "everything that is tangible is nothing more than yin pathogens scum". As a tangible entity, the tumor cannot restrict and generate yin fluid due to yang deficiency in the body. The fluid thus condenses into sputum, blood stasis and other yin pathogens scum. Based on the theory of "yang transforming into qi, while yin constituting form", when guiding the clinics, we should first to distinguish the yin and yang. Under the trinity of "differentiation of disease, differentiation of symptoms and differentiation of signs", we should always support yang and eliminate yin in the appropriate time. Among people with different diseases, treatment methods and people of different constitutions, the weight of yin and yang should be differentiated in detail, and the pathogenesis should be examined in detail by using the method of reinforcing yang, so as not to consume yin and damage the healthy qi. To explore the guiding role of the method of reinforcing healthy qi and dissipating yin in the treatment of clinical syndrome of tumors can lay a foundation for further enriching the TCM pathogenesis theory of tumors and improving the efficacy of differentiation and treatment of tumors.
