遗忘型轻度认知功能障碍肝气郁结证患者静息态脑功能局部一致性特征

摘　　要：目的探讨遗忘型轻度认知功能障碍(aMCI)肝气郁结证患者静息态脑功能局部一致性(ReHo)特征。方法采用问卷调查法在郑州市多个社区筛选46~65岁的正常人(正常组)和遗忘型轻度认知功能障碍肝气郁结证患者(肝郁aMCI组),两组按照同性别、同年龄段(±2.5岁)、相同文化程度进行1∶1匹配,应用静息态功能磁共振成像技术,对两组受试者进行大脑局部一致性(ReHo)分析。结果与正常组相比,肝郁aMCI组患者左侧额下回、左侧额中回和左侧中央前回ReHo值降低(t>0,P<0.001),左侧枕中回ReHo值升高(t<0,P<0.001)。结论 aMCI肝气郁结证患者呈现左侧额下回、额中回、中央前回以及左侧枕中回的ReHo改变。Objective To explore the characteristics of regional homogeneity(ReHo) of resting state brain function in patients with amnestic mild cognitive impairment(aMCI) and liver qi stagnation. Methods Questionnaires were used to screen normal subjects(normal group) aged from 46 to 65 years in communities in Zhengzhou City and patients with amnestic mild cognitive dysfunction and liver qi stagnation(liver qi stagnation aMCI group). According to the same sex, same age(±2.5 years old), and the same education level, 1 ∶1 matching was applied to the 2 groups. Brain ReHo was analyzed by using resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging technique. Results Compared with the normal group, the ReHo values of the left inferior frontal gyrus, the left frontal gyrus and the left central anterior gyrus of the liver qi stagnation aMCI group were lower(t>0,P<0.001), and the ReHo value in the left occipital gyrus of the liver qi stagnation aMCI group was increased(P<0.001). Conclusion The ReHo values of the left inferior frontal gyrus, the left frontal gyrus, the central anterior gyrus and left occipital gyrus were changed in aMCI patients with liver qi stagnation.
