摘　　要：通过对美国、德国及我国香港和大陆地区关于社区精神障碍者职业康复的服务进行梳理,提出关于本土精神健康社会工作在这一领域的反思现有的职业康复服务未形成层级性、专业化的体系,缺乏横向可达的资源网络,因而难以满足精障者在职业康复过程中的多元需求,精神健康社会工作者亟需在宏观、中观和微观等各层面进行努力。This study was on the present progress of vocational rehabilitation service for community mental health patients in the United States,Germany,Hong Kong and China's Mainland.In addition,some reflections on mental health social work in this field were put forward:the existing vocational rehabilitation services had not formed a hierarchical and specialized system,lacking accessible resource network.Therefore,it was difficult to meet multiple needs of the disabled in the process of vocational rehabilitation.Mental health social workers need to work from macro,mesoand micro levels.
