摘　　要：目的了解安徽省基层医疗机构计划生育手术室医院感染管理现状,并提出改进措施。方法采用随机分层抽样方法,抽取安徽省88家基层医疗机构计划生育手术室对其医院感染管理现况进行问卷调查。用描述性统计方法进行数据分析。结果部分计划生育手术室面积不足,区域划分不合理,着装普遍不规范。在调查对象中,分别有22.73%、28.41%未制定院感管理制度和院感考核标准,30.68%未定期进行院感知识培训,63.64%绒毛和胚胎组织处置不规范,29.55%未对患者进行术前传染病检测,仅39.77%执行外科手消毒。结论基层计划生育手术室医院感染管理方面存在较多不足之处,应进一步加强管理,不断提高院感管理质量。Objective To investigate the status of nosocomial infection management in family planning operating room in primary medical institutions of Anhui province and to propose improvement measures.Methods 88 Family planning operating rooms were extracted from the primary medical institutions using the random stratified sampling method,and questionnaire survey was conducted on the status of nosocomial infection management.Descriptive statistical methods were used for data analysis.Results The usage area of Family planning operating rooms is generally insufficient and the functional area division is unreasonable.Among the research subjects,22.73%and 28.41%res-pectively did not formulate the nosocomial infection management system and assessment criteria.30.68%did not regularly conduct the knowledge training.63.64%of the chorionic villi and embryonic tissue were not disposed pro-perly.29.55%of the subjects did not have preoperative infectious disease tests on patients.Only 39.77%performed surgical hand disinfection before surgery.Conclusion There are many shortcomings in nosocomial infection management of family planning operating room in primary medical institutions.The management should be further streng-thened to continuously improve the quality of nosocomial infection in primary medical institutions.
