摘　　要：社会主义核心价值观融入行政组织法,对社会主义核心价值观融入法治建设,尤其是行政法治建设有着重要的、源头性的作用。法治、民主、平等、公正、爱国等方面在现行的行政组织法有一定的体现,但还需要进一步完善。建议行政组织法增设立法依据和目的条款,将法治、民主要素纳入其中;将“践行和培育社会主义核心价值观”单列为行政组织的职权,改变“附加”职权的状态;增加政府指导、实施行政区域协作的职权,为国家区域协调发展战略提供政府职权的依据。The integration of socialist core values into the administrative organization law plays an important and original role in the construction of socialist core values into the rule of law,especially for construction of the administrative rule of law.The current administrative organization law is reflected in the rule of law,democracy,equality,justice,patriotism,etc.,but it needs to be further improved.It is suggested that the administrative organization law should add legislative basis and purpose clauses,include the elements of rule of law and democracy;“practice and cultivate socialist core values”is listed as the authority of administrative organization,change the state of“additional”authority;Increase the authority of the government to guide and implement the coordination of administrative regions,and provide the basis of government authority for national and regional coordinated development strategies.
