摘  要:目的考察伤科药水的体外抗菌活性。方法以金黄色葡萄球菌、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌、链球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、白色念珠菌为受试菌株,采用打孔法测量抑菌圈大小,琼脂稀释法测最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果伤科药水(690 mg/mL)对金黄色葡萄球菌、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌、链球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌圈均大于15 mm,表现为高度敏感。琼脂稀释法测得伤科药水对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC为36.80 mg/mL,耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌MIC为35.27 mg/mL,粪肠球菌MIC为50.60 mg/mL,链球菌MIC为47.35 mg/mL,铜绿假单胞菌MIC为46.00 mg/mL,大肠埃希菌MIC为35.27 mg/mL,白色念珠菌MIC为52.13 mg/mL。结论伤科药水体外对金黄色葡萄球菌、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌、链球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、白色念珠菌均有较好的抑制作用。Objective To study the antibacterial activity of Shangke Yaoshui in vitro.Methods Staphylococcus aureus,methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,Enterococcus faecalis,Streptococcus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,and Candida albicans were used as the test strains.The size of the bacteriostatic circle was measured by punching.The minimum bacteriostatic concentration(MIC)was measured by agar dilution method.Results The antibacterial circles of Shangke Yaoshui(690 mg/mL)against Staphylococcus aureus,methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,Enterococcus faecalis,Streptococcus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,and Candida albicans were all above 15 mm,which was highly sensitive.The MIC of Shangke Yaoshui was 36.80 mg/mL for Staphylococcus aureus,35.27 mg/mL for methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,50.60 mg/mL for Enterococcus faecalis,47.35 mg/mL for Streptococcus,46.00 mg/mL for Pseudomonas aeruginosa,35.27 mg/mL for Escherichia coli,and 52.13 mg/mL for Candida albicans.Conclusion Shangke Yaoshui has a good inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus,methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,Enterococcus faecalis,Streptococcus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,and Candida albicans in vitro.
