近十年国家自然科学基金主题研究的轨迹、特征和演进趋势--基于CSSCI数据库论文的文献计量分析

摘　　要：综合运用文献引证法、知识图谱法和内容分析法,对近十年我国国家自然科学基金管理研究论文的数量、研究主题和发展方向等情况进行了文献计量分析。结果表明,该领域研究以项目资助与绩效考评为核心热点,研究范畴具有延展性和分散性特征。为更好的发挥国家自然科学基金的创新引领作用,该主题未来将会强化基金资助的学科布局研究,建立以质量为核心的资助与管理绩效评价体系,突出创新环境建设研究,促进区域基础研究均衡发展,服务国家经济社会协调发展。This paper reports a bibliometrics analysis of NSFC management papers published over the past decade, with emphasis on the numbers of published papers, research topics, and new directions for improvement. Statistical analysis revealed that, with a focus on project funding and performance evaluation, studies in this field tend to be extensive and scattered. To reinforce the guiding role of NSFC in innovation, the authors suggest the enhancement of research on the distribution of NSFC-supported disciplines and the establishment of a quality-oriented evaluation system for the performances and outcomes of projects. In this paper, the authors underline the research on environment construction and the improvement of the ability of original innovation to promote the coordinated development of economy and society.
