摘 要:针对一种精馏残液和工艺废水的联合净化处理工艺要求,开展能量平衡计算分析,研究能量动态平衡智能控制系统。根据联合净化处理工艺要求,针对工艺废水和精馏废液进料组成成分和热值不同,通过计算能量动态平衡参数获取残液与废水进料流量最佳比值,采用变比值控制策略设计能量动态平衡控制系统,在流化床和固定床单元,分别设计物料平衡比值控制系统和温度自适应PID控制系统。在实际装置运行测试,实测结果表明,本系统可以有效克服进料有机物含量变化扰动,保证联合净化装置在低能耗,近零排放下长期稳定运行。In this paper,an intelligent control system of energy dynamic balance based on energy balance calculation is improved aim at the combined purification process for distillation residue and waste water.According to the different composition and calorific value of distillation residue and waste water,the optimal ratio was obtained by calculating energy dynamic balance;The variable ratio control strategy is adopted to design the energy dynamic balance control system.In the fluidized and fixed bed units,material balance ratio control system and temperature intelligent regulation control system are designed respectively.The plant control system are tested in the combined purification equipment,the measured results show that the system can effectively overcome the disturbance of organic matter content in the feed and ensure the long-term stable operation of the combined purification device under the condition of low energy consumption and nearly zero emission.
