摘 要:复合材料开孔层压板的疲劳特性是复合材料耐久性/损伤容限研究的一项重要内容。本文对碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料开孔层压板在低温环境下的疲劳特性进行了研究,选取两种铺层的T300级复合材料开孔层压板进行室温和低温环境拉-拉疲劳试验,获取了不同环境的疲劳门槛值、S-N曲线和剩余强度,并给出了一种低温S-N曲线估算方法。研究表明:T300级复合材料典型铺层开孔层压板在室温和低温环境均具有很高的疲劳门槛值;开孔层压板低温环境的静力环境因子与疲劳环境因子从工程应用角度可以认为是相同的,只需要进行常温环境的开孔层压板疲劳试验获取常温疲劳门槛值,并结合静力试验获取的静力环境因子,便可预测开孔层压板的低温疲劳门槛值,从而避免了低温疲劳试验带来的巨大经济成本;当T300级复合材料开孔层压板在室温和低温环境下经历不高于疲劳门槛值的疲劳载荷时,通常会出现疲劳后的剩余强度比静强度提高的现象,但对T700级和T800复合材料某些情况下并不会出现这种现象。The fatigue behavior of composite laminates with open holes is an important part of durability&damage tolerance research of composite structures.In this paper,the fatigue properties of carbon fiber reinforced matrix composites laminates with open holes are studied.T300 composites open-hole laminates with two kinds of stacking sequence are selected for tensile-tensile fatigue tests at room temperature and low temperature,and then the fatigue threshold values,S-N curves and residual strengths under different environmental conditions are obtained.In addition,an estimation method of S-N cures at low temperature is proposed.The results show that T300 composites open-hole laminates with typical stacking sequences have very high fatigue threshold values;the static environmental factors and fatigue ones for composites open-hole laminates at low temperature can be considered to be the same in the view of engineering application,and the low temperature fatigue threshold values can be predicted only by room temperature fatigue tests which obtain the room temperature fatigue threshold values and the static tests which obtain the static environmental factors,thus can avoid the huge cost of low temperature fatigue tests;when T300 composites open-hole laminates are subjected to fatigue loads which are not higher than the fatigue threshold values at room temperature or low temperature,the phenomenon usually occurs that the residual strength after fatigue is higher than its static strength,however it doesn’t occur for T700 and T800 composites in some case.
