摘 要:铁合金是钢铁行业的重要组成部分,近几年在钢铁行业的带动下,铁合金产业也获得了一定的发展。生产铁合金会产生大量煤气,其主要成分包括烟尘、CO和CH4等温室气体,不仅破坏生态环境,同时威胁人类健康。铁合金煤气存在高温、气量大、烟尘浓度高和粒径小等特性。因此,其煤气净化比较困难、复杂。随着国家对环保问题的日益重视,铁合金煤气的回收与净化成为铁合金行业发展的重点与难点。介绍了铁合金煤气净化技术的发展历程,铁合金煤气湿法净化及干法净化的几种典型工艺,以及净化技术的发展趋势。Ferroalloy is an important part of the steel industry. Driven by the steel industry in recent years, the ferroalloy industry has also achieved certain development. The production of ferroalloy produces a large amount of gas, and its main components include greenhouse gases such as smoke, CO and CH4, which not only destroy the ecological environment, but also threaten human health. Ferroalloy gas has the characteristics of high temperature, large gas volume, high smoke and dust concentration, and small particle size, so its purification is difficult and complicated.
