摘　　要：应用配电网故障态感知技术,提出基于应急预案的主动防御决策方法和负荷转供策略,进行配电网安全预警和防灾判别,实现配电网在极端天气下的主动防御功能,保障电网安全稳定运行。The active defense decision-making method and the load transfer strategy based on the emergency plan are put forward by using the fault state sensing technology of distribution network.The safety warning and the disaster prevention discrimination of the distribution network are carried out to realize the active defense function of distribution network in extreme weather,which has a far-reaching impact on improving the reliability of power supply in distribution network.
