摘　　要：电网调度操作票制作引入决策支持系统,同时整合决策流程控制库系统,提出了一种智能化电网调度操作票系统,将数据实时传输到模块独立进行操作票验票,用来防范手写操作票的安全风险。用户能够在不改变程序结构的同时向系统增加新元件以及新的操作经验,储存入元件库及决策流程控制库,最大程度利用系统资源,通过人机交互提升工作效率,保障电网安全、稳定运行。The power network operation order is leaded in decision-making support system.It integrates decision process control library system at the same time.An intelligent operation ticket system is proposed.In order to avoid security risks by artificial operate tickets,it reflects the human-computer interaction function.In the system users can take advantage of dispatch information by adding new device,new expertise without modifying the software.The dispatch system interacts with the power system operators through decision suggestion to assure the economy and the grid security.
