摘　　要：胶囊式储油柜在超(特)高压变压器中获得广泛应用,胶囊状态的完好与否直接影响变压器的安全可靠运行。介绍了一起大型变压器油位异常的缺陷及现场排查情况,在此基础上进行分析初步判断为胶囊破裂,随后开展停电检修确认胶囊破裂,最后提出了胶囊缺陷的预防措施和运维建议,为广大运维检修人员提供参考。The capsule oil storage cabinet is widely used in extra-high(ultra-high)voltage transformers.The state of the capsule directly affects the safe and reliable operation of the transformer.It introduces the defect and the site inspection of the oil level abnormity of a large voltage regulating and compensating transformer.On this basis,the cause is judged as capsule rupture,and then the power failure maintenance is carried out to confirm the capsule rupture.Finally,the preventive measures,the operation and the maintenance recommendations for capsule defects are proposed to provide a reference for the operation and maintenance personnel.
