摘　　要：目的:探讨重症肺炎伴呼吸急危症的临床护理方法。方法:将62例重症肺炎伴呼吸急危症患者随机分为两组。对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用优质护理,对比两组的临床效果。结果:观察组的护理质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者生活质量评分明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理能提高重症肺炎伴呼吸急危症患者的生活质量。Objective:To explore the clinical nursing methods of severe pneumonia with respiratory syndrome.Methods:62 patients with severe pneumonia with acute respiratory syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.Routine nursing was used in the control group and high quality nursing was used in the observation group.Compare the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:The nursing quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the two groups increased significantly(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing can improve the life quality of severe pneumonia patients with acute respiratory syndrome.
