规范化护理对小儿慢性肺炎合并心衰患儿心衰纠正时间、住院时间及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究规范化护理在小儿慢性肺炎合并心衰患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2017年9月至2018年7月收治的140例小儿慢性肺炎合并心衰患儿,随机分为对照组与研究组,各70例,对照组采用常规护理,研究组运用规范化护理,比较护理效果、护理满意度等情况。结果:研究组的心衰纠正时间、住院时间都明显短于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度要高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿慢性肺炎合并心衰患儿进行规范化护理可以缩短心衰纠正时间及住院时间,提升护理满意度。Objective:To study the effect of standardized nursing on children with chronic pneumonia complicated with heart failure.Methods:A total of 140 children with chronic pneumonia complicated with heart failure admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,70 cases each,the control group received routine care,and the experimental group used standardized nursing.Compare nursing effects,nursing satisfaction,etc.Results:The correction time and hospitalization time of the experimental rogup were significantly shorter than the control group,and the difference was significant.The difference of P<0.05 was statistically significant.The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The difference of P<0.05 was statistically significant.Conclusion:Standardized nursing for children with chronic pneumonia complicated with heart failure can shorten the time of heart failure correction and hospitalization time,improve the satisfaction of nursing,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
