曾宪植妇联工作的特色及成因

摘　　要：曾宪植在全国妇联工作多年,主管干部人事、妇女统战、外事和后勤工作,她以高度负责的精神,实事求是的作风,在各方面的工作都独具特色。在干部人事工作方面,她知人善用、关心体贴职工;在妇女统战工作方面,她对民主人士坦诚相见、尊重爱护;在外事工作方面,她严守外事纪律、不顾时差夜以继日地工作;在后勤工作方面,她勤俭廉洁、办事雷厉风行。曾宪植妇联工作特色的形成主要基于两个原因:一是长期的革命生涯培养了她大公无私、全心全意为人民服务的高尚品德,锻炼了她的工作能力。二是她的家世家风培养了她的担当意识和责任意识及始终坚持公、义的精神。Zeng Xianzhi had worked in the All-China Women’s Federation for many years.She was mainly in charge of cadres and personnel,women’s united front work,foreign affairs and logistics.With a high sense of responsibility and the style of seeking truth from facts,she was unique in all aspects of her work.In the field of cadres and personnel work,she knew how to make good use of people and cared about the staff;in the field of women’s united front work,she respected and cared for the democratic personages;in the field of foreign affairs,she kept strict discipline in foreign affairs and worked day and night in spite of the time difference;in the field of logistics,she was thrift and industrious,acting vigorously and speedily.The formation of the work characteristics in the Women’s Federation by Zeng Xianzhi was mainly based on two reasons:First,the long revolutionary career had trained her selfless and the noble character of serving the people heart and soul,and exercised her working ability.Second,her family style developed her sense of responsibility,and she always adhered to the spirit of justice.
