摘 要:采用分离式霍普金森压杆装置,测试了高应变率下ZrB2-20%SiC陶瓷复合材料的动态压缩力学性能,应变率范围为900s^-1~3000s^-1。结果表明:ZrB2-20%SiC陶瓷复合材料的动态压缩强度与临界应变均随应变率的增大而增加,2950s^-1时压缩强度与临界应变比981s^-1时分别增大了88.72%和148.85%;应变率对ZrB2-20%SiC陶瓷复合材料的动态压缩应力-应变曲线与破坏机理影响显著,应变率为1134s^-1时,ZrB2-20%SiC陶瓷复合材料破坏模式以裂纹扩展为主,应变率为2861s^-1时,多裂纹扩展为该材料的主要破坏机理;应变率越高,试件的损伤程度越大,压缩试件碎片尺寸越小,压缩应力-应变曲线的非线性越明显。In this paper,the dynamic compressive mechanical properties of ZrB2-20%SiC ceramic composites under high strain rates are measured by split Hopkinson pressure bar device.The compressive tests are carried out in the strain rate range from 900 s^-1 to 3000 s^-1.Results show that the dynamic compressive strength and critical strain of the ZrB 2-20%SiC ceramic composite increase with the increase of strain rate.Compared to those values at 981 s^-1,the compressive strength and critical strain increase by 88.72%and 148.85%at 2950 s^-1,respectively.Moreover,the strain rate has obvious effects on dynamic stress-strain curve and failure mechanism of ZrB2-20%SiC ceramic composite.At the strain rate of 1134 s^-1,the propagation of a main crack leads to failure of this material,whereas the simultaneous propagation of multiple cracks is the primary failure mechanism at the strain rate of 2861 s^-1.Furthermore,the higher strain rate causes more damage and the smaller size of the specimen,as well as the more evident nonlinear compressive stress-strain curve.
