摘 要:7.5 mm的0Cr17Ni7Al不锈弹簧钢丝在绕簧过程中一件弹簧在弯钩处断裂,通过生产质控过程调查、化学成分分析、金相检验、显微硬度检测和扫描电镜断口观察等方法对弹簧绕簧断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:弹簧断裂起源于表面缺陷处,该表面缺陷为钢丝吊装或转运过程中发生剐蹭或磕碰所致,弹簧在绕制弯钩时在该处形成应力集中,在弯曲应力的作用下,裂纹迅速扩展,导致弹簧弯钩过程中发生断裂。建议钢丝使用过程中加强表面质量检验,以免在弹簧表面形成潜在失效断裂的裂纹源。7.5 mm 0Cr17Ni7Al stainless spring steel wire breaks at the bending hook during winding spring. The causes of spring breakage are analyzed by means of quality control process investigation,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,microhardness test and scanning electron microscope fracture observation. The results show that the spring fracture originates from the surface defect. The surface defect is caused by the scraping or knocking of steel wire during hoisting or transporting. When the spring is winding the hook,the stress concentration is formed.Under the action of bending stress,the crack expands rapidly,which causes the spring to break in the process of winding the spring.It is suggested that surface quality inspection should be strengthened during the use of steel wire in order to avoid potential failure crack source on spring surface.
