摘  要:文中主要针对牛仔面料中氨纶的定量方法进行了分析,采用了常见的3种类型的6块面料分别进行3种试验方案,将测试结果进行对比分析。结果表明,盐酸法与拆分法的氨纶含量比较接近,DMF法的氨纶含量较大。即,盐酸法相比手工拆分法,效率高,相比DMF法,其准确率高,且适用性强、成本低,避免使用有机试剂带来的环保问题,还提高了检测效率和检测数据的准确性,具有一定的可行性。This paper mainly analyses the quantitative method of polyurethane fiber in denim fabrics. Three kinds of six fabrics are used to carry out three test schemes, and the test results are compared and analyzed. The results show that the content of polyurethane fiber in hydrochloric acid method is close to that in split method, and that in DMF method is larger. It is concluded that the hydrochloric acid method is more efficient than the manual resolution method. Compared with the DMF method, it has higher accuracy, stronger applicability, lower cost,avoids the environmental problems caused by the use of organic test, and improves the detection efficiency and accuracy of detection data. It is very feasible.
