摘　　要：介绍黏胶包涤纶长丝的性能特点,并运用该纱线设计3款不同花型的黏胶包涤纶长丝小提花面料,分析整经、浆纱、织造等生产工序关键技术。文章表明,纤维相互混纺交织交并,可以充分发挥各种纤维的优良特性,改善织物性能。新研发的黏胶包涤纶丝小提花面料产品在保留了原来纤维素纤维优良服用性能的前提下,增加了织物的抗皱性、尺寸稳定性,并解决了生产实践中的一些技术问题,为黏胶包涤纶长丝小提花面料的生产提供了宝贵经验。This paper introduces the performance characteristics of viscose coated polyester filament, and uses the yarn to design and develop three kinds of small jacquard fabrics with different patterns of viscose coated polyester filament, and analyzes the key technologies of warping, sizing, weaving and other production processes.The results show that the blending and blending of fibers can give full play to the excellent properties of various fibers and improve the properties of fabrics. Under the premise of keeping the excellent wearing performance of the original cellulose fiber, the newly developed viscose coated polyester filament jacquard fabric product increases the wrinkle resistance and dimensional stability of the fabric, and solves some technical problems in the production practice, which provides valuable experience for the production of viscose coated polyester filament jacquard fabric.
