微波消解-原子吸收光谱法测定七十味珍珠丸中5种重金属元素的含量

摘　　要：目的:运用微波消解-原子吸收光谱法对十批七十味珍珠丸中的铜、砷、镉、铅、汞五种重金属元素进行含量测定。方法:配制铜、砷、镉、铅、汞五种元素的标准溶液,制备标准曲线,得到线性方程及相关系数,微波消解10批七十味珍珠丸样品,通过石墨炉原子吸收光谱法、氢化物-原子吸收光谱法、冷蒸气原子吸收光谱法测定铜、砷、镉、铅、汞五种元素的含量,并对结果进行直观分析和聚类分析。结果:在所测的10 批七十味珍珠丸的样品中,按照金属元素平均含量由高到低为Hg>Cu>Pb>As>Cd,质量分数均高过10 μg﹒kg^-1;Hg、Cu质量分数高过 10 mg﹒kg^-1;Cd质量分数最小,约为20 μg﹒kg^-1。西藏甘露藏药股份有限公司、金诃藏药股份有限公司、四川省甘孜藏族自治州藏医医院、四川省阿坝州藏医医院4个厂家七十味珍珠丸无明显差异,四川省白玉县藏医研究所附属藏医院与其他4个厂家差异最大;四川省白玉县藏医研究所附属藏医院、四川省甘孜藏族自治州藏医医院、四川省阿坝州藏医医院3个医院制剂中,四川省白玉县藏医研究所附属藏医院的七十味珍珠丸金属元素含量与国药准字厂家差异最大。结论:七十味珍珠中重金属元素含量较高,尤其是汞元素。另外,同一厂家不同批号七十味珍珠丸中金属元素含量无明显差异,而不同厂家的七十味珍珠丸中金属元素的含量有一定差异。Objective:The contents of copper,arsenic,cadmium,lead and mercury in ten batches of Qishiwei zhenzhu pill were detected by microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectrometry.Method:The standard solutions and the standard curves of copper,arsenic,cadmium,lead and mercury were prepared.Linear equations and correlation coefficients were obtained.Ten batches of Qishiwei zhenzhu pill were digested by microwave.Copper,arsenic,cadmium,lead and mercury were detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,hydride-atomic absorption spectrometry and cold vapor atomic absorption spectrometry.The contents of five elements of mercury were analyzed by visual analysis and cluster analysis.Result:Among the 10 batches of Qishiwei zhenzhu pill tested,the average content of metal elements was Hg > Cu > Pb > As > Cd,with mass fraction higher than 10 μg﹒kg-1.The mass fraction of Hg and Cu was higher than 10 mg﹒kg-1.Cd had the lowest mass fraction of about 20 μg﹒kg-1.There was no significant difference among Qishiwei zhenzhu pill produced by Tibetan Ganlu Tibetan Medicine Co.,Ltd.,Jinhe Tibetan Medicine Co.,Ltd.,Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture Tibetan Medical Hospital of Sichuan Province and Aba Prefecture Tibetan Medical Hospital of Sichuan Province.The significant difference was found between the preparation from Tibetan Hospital affiliated to Baiyu Tibetan Medical Research Institute of Sichuan Province and the other four manufacturers.Among the three hospital preparations of Tibetan Medicine Hospital Affiliated to the Institute,Tibetan Medicine Hospital of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province and Tibetan Medicine Hospital of Aba Prefecture of Sichuan Province,the content of metal elements in Qishiwei zhenzhu pill of Tibetan Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Baiyu Tibetan Medicine Research Institute of Sichuan Province has the most difference compared with that of the standard Chinese medicine manufacturers.Conclusion:Qishiwei zhenzhu pill contains high content of heavy metals,especially mercu
