《伤寒杂病论》中毒性中药特殊煎法的现代研究与思考

摘　　要：毒性中药是中药重要组成部分,至今仍被广泛使用,如何在减毒的同时保持药效是影响毒性中药现代化发展的关键问题,本文总结并归纳《伤寒杂病论》中毒性中药的特殊煎煮方法对药物化学成分。药效、毒性等方面的影响,尝试剖析毒性中药特殊煎煮的原因,从煎煮温度。时间探讨毒性中药特殊煎法的煎煮条件,为今后临床合理煎煮毒性中药提供依据。Toxic Chinese materia medica (CMM) is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and is still used widely today.The key issues is thinking of the methods to maintain the efficacy of toxic CMM while reducing toxicity,which plays a crucial role in the modernization of TCM.This paper has summarized the influence of special decoction methods for toxic CMM in Shanghan Zabing Lun on the chemical composition,efficacy and toxicity.It also analyzes the reasons of special decoction methods from the decoction conditions sucha as effect of decoction temperature and time etc.to provide evidence for clinical rational decoction for toxic CMM.
