摘　　要：本文通过对配体垂钓技术在中药新药研发中的应用及前景展望做相关综述,详细概述了目前常用的配体垂钓方法:磁性纳米粒子技术。细胞膜色谱法和表面等离子共振技术在中药活性成分筛选方面的应用。This article reviews the application prospect of ligand fishing in the research and development of new Traditional Chinese Medicine,and summarizes the application of the currently used ligand fishing methods such as magnetic nanoparticle technology,cell membrane chromatography and surface plasmon resonance technology in the screening of active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicines.
