摘  要:穿心莲内酯是中药穿心莲的主要药效成分之一,具有多种药理活性,目前临床上常用于感染性疾病的治疗。然而,穿心莲内酯水溶性不佳,口服生物利用度低,导致其体内分布和累积较少。通过查阅国内外文献,本文就应用于穿心莲内酯增溶的制剂技术进行综述,包括固体分散技术、超微粉碎技术、环糊精包合技术和纳米制剂技术等,为其进一步开发利用提供依据。Andrographolide is a bioactive diterpenoid lactone compound from a traditional medicinal herb Chuanxinlian.Andrographolide has anti-inflammatory,anti-viral,liver-protecting,anti-tumor and other pharmacological effects.It is extensively used for infectious diseases.However,andrographolide has poor water solubility and low bioavailability,which limited its distribution and accumulation in the body after administration.This paper reviews research advance of pharmaceutical technologies which can increase the solubility of andrographolide from home and abroad,including solid dispersion technology,superfine grinding technology,inclusion technology of cyclodextrin and nanotechnology,to provide reference for the development and utilization of Andrographolide.
