摘　　要：穿心莲内酯是中药穿心莲重要的化学成分,临床发现其在抗感染作用上疗效显著。但是穿心莲内酯的功效存在很大争议,作用机制有待明确。本文就穿心莲内酯的药理学研究现状进行综述,为相关研究提供参考。Andrographolide is an important chemical component of traditional Chinese medicine Chuanxinlian,and it has been found to have a remarkable anti-infective effects in clnic.However,the efficacy of andrographolide is highly controversial,and the mechanism of action needs to be clarified.This article reviews the current pharmacological research of andrographolide and provides references for related research.
