摘 要:刚果(金)某低品位钴矿含钴0.30%,钴氧化率达98%,钴矿物主要为水钴矿、铜钴锰氧结合物、钴白云石等,且具有高钙镁、贫硫、易浮脉石含量高的特点。针对该类型矿开发出高效活化剂—CCMA611,通过一粗两扫三精的浮选工艺即可获得品位较高的钴精矿,与传统硫化 黄药法工艺相比,钴回收率提高了17%以上,精矿钴品位提高了2.52%,实现了低钴资源的高效回收与利用。A low grade cobalt ore in Congo(DRC)contains 0.30%cobalt,and the cobalt oxidation rate reaches 98%.Cobalt minerals are mainlycombined with water cobalt ore,copper cobalt manganese oxide binder,cobalt dolomite,etc.,and have the characteristics of high calcium magnesium,sulfur poor,and high content of floating gangue.An efficient activator,CCMA611,was developed for this type of ore.The cobalt concentrate with high grade can be obtained through the flotation process of One coarse,Two clean and Three refined.Compared with the traditional sulfur yellow method,the cobalt recovery rate increased by more than 17%,and the cobalt grade of the concentrate increased by 2.52%,achieving the goal of the efficient recovery and utilization of low cobalt resources.
