摘　　要：从关注用户数据、推文数据和菜单访问数据等模块对中南大学图书馆微信公众号运营数据进行统计分析,总结目前微信公众号在新媒体运营过程中的不足并提出相关意见建议,为提高高校图书馆新媒体的运营服务能力提供参考。The operational statistics data provided by WeChat official account of the Library of Central South University are analyzed from user data,tweet data and menu access data aspects.The shortcomings during the operation of new media were summarized and relevant suggestions were put forward,aiming at providing reference for the university library to improve the operation and service capability of new media.
