摘 要:以苯乙烯(St)、顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)、丙烯酸聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEGA)为单体通过溶液聚合合成超分散剂St-MA-MPEGA。以中心复合设计法优化了超分散剂St-MA-MPEGA的合成单体配比,考察了St、MA、MPEGA的用量及其交互作用对制备BaSO4色浆的黏度的影响。结果显示,各因素对色浆黏度的影响顺序为:St用量>MPEGA用量>MA用量,当单体配比为n(St)∶n(MA)∶n(MPEGA)=10∶5∶7时,超分散剂制备的BaSO4色浆的黏度为12.76 mPa·s,经验证优化结果具有良好的预测性。The hyperdispersant St-MA-MPEGA was synthesized using styrene(St),maleic anhydride(MA)and polyethylene glycol monomethyl acrylate(MPEGA)as monomers through radical solution polymerization.The monomer ratio of the hyperdispersant St-MAMPEGA was optimized by central composite design method.The effects of the amount of St(mol),MA(mol),MPEGA(mol)and their interactions on the viscosity of the BaSO4 millbase were investigated.The results showed that the effect of monomer amount on the viscosity of the millbase was as the following sequence:St>MPEGA>MA,when the mole monomer ratio was St∶MA∶MPEGA=10∶5∶7,the viscosity of BaSO4 millbase prepared by the hyperdispersant was12.76 mPa·s,and the optimized results showed good predictability.
