泌尿系统肿瘤专科医护人员对MDT工作模式体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解泌尿系统肿瘤专科医护人员对MDT工作模式的真实体验,分析开展多学科讨论工作模式的意义及产生的影响。方法采用半结构式深入访谈法,对某肿瘤专科医院泌尿科的13名医护人员进行访谈,运用Colaizzi分析法进行资料分析和主题归纳。结果通过对访谈资料的整理、分析、提取,得到5个主题:MDT工作模式对于泌尿系统肿瘤患者的诊断、治疗意义重大;MDT工作模式为医疗和护理工作安全保驾护航;MDT工作模式能够节约医疗资源;MDT工作模式是人才培养和学科发展的有效途径之一;通过多学科讨论能够达到医护和患者的双赢。结论多学科讨论作为精准治疗的一部分,能够提升各层级医院之间的交流、互动,应在肿瘤专科疾病的诊断、治疗中广泛开展。Objective To understand the real experience of medical professionals in urological oncology on MDT working mode, and to analyze the significance and influence of carrying out multiple disciplinary team workingmode.Methods The semi-structured in-depth interview method was used to interview 13 medical staff in the urology department of a tumor hospital. Colaizzi analysis method was used to analyze the data and summarize the theme.Results Through the collation, analysis and extraction of the interview data, five themes were obtained: MDT working mode is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with urinary system tumors.MDT working mode escorts the safety of medical and nursing work.MDT mode can save medical resources to a certain extent.MDT working mode is one of the effective ways to cultivate talents and develop disciplines.A win-win situation can be achieved through multidisciplinary discussions.Conclusions As a part of precision treatment, multiple disciplinary team working mode could improve the communication and interaction between hospitals at all levels and should be widely carried out in the diagnosis of tumor diseases.
