摘 要:超声在肺部疾病的应用远不如在心脏、腹部脏器中的应用广泛,X线、CT一直以来都是肺部病变最常用的检查,均有其不足之处。但近年来,随着影像医学的快速发展,经胸壁超声检查肺和胸膜病变在临床上的应用日益广泛,其临床价值也得到了临床医生的认可。超声以其实时动态、无辐射、廉价、操作方便等优点,在一定程度上弥补了其他影像学检查方法的缺陷,为肺部疾病的诊断提供了更加有用的信息,也在肺部相关疾病的治疗和预后方面有着重要的指导价值。The application of ultrasound in lung diseases is far less extensive than its application in the diagnosis of disease in heart and abdominal organs. X-ray and CT have always been the most commonly examination of pulmonary diseases, but they all have their shortcomings. But in recent years, with the rapid development of imaging medicine, transthoracic ultrasound examination of lung and pleural lesions in the clinical application is increasingly widespread, its clinical value has also been recognized by clinicians. Because of its advantages of real-time dynamic, radiation-free, cheap and easy to operate, ultrasound can make up for the defects of other imaging methods to some extent and provide more useful information for the diagnosis of pulmonary diseases. And it also has important guiding value in the treatment and prognosis of lung-related diseases.
