摘 要:目的探讨叙事医学在本科护生姑息照护关怀能力培养中的应用。方法于2018年9-12月对我校"卓越护士教育培养计划"之"老年护理"模块班的学生29人,采用文学作品赏析、体验报告、反思日记等形式进行叙事医学模式的培训。结果与实施叙事教育前相比,护生的人文关怀品质和人文关怀能力更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对学生的体验报告和反思日记进行分析,提取出"叙事改变了自己对‘姑息照护’或‘死亡’的看法"、"叙事有助于提高护生感知关怀的能力"和"叙事有助于培养护生的人文关怀品质"三大主题。结论叙事医学培训在提高护生姑息照护关怀能力中有着积极的作用。Objective To explore the application of narrative medicine in the cultivation of palliative care ability of undergraduate nursing students.Methods This study was implemented in the "geriatric nursing" classof "Excellent Nurse Education and Training Program" in our school.The students were trained in narrative medicine mode by means of literature appreciation, experience report and reflective diary.Results Compared with the condition before narrative education, the quality and ability of humanistic care of nursing students were higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Through the analysis of students’ experience reports and reflective diaries, three themes were extracted:"Narration changed their views on palliative care or death","Narration helped to improve nurses’ ability to perceive care"and "Narration helped to cultivate nurses’ humanistic care quality".Conclusions Narrative medicine training plays an active role in improving nursing students’ cultivation of palliative care ability.
