以手术陪护为主的综合护理干预对普外科手术患者术前焦虑的影响

摘　　要：目的降低普外科手术患者术前的焦虑,为患者快速康复提供良好的心理状态。方法选择2017年9月-2018年2月本院普外科两个病房择期手术的患者共366例作为研究对象,采用便利抽样的方法将两个病房分别定为观察组和对照组两组,其中观察组206例择期手术患者进行手术陪护,对照组160例择期的手术患者采取常规术前护理措施。通过自制的"手术服务满意度调查表"和"状态-特质焦虑量表(STAI)"对两组患者进行调查,比较两组患者术前STAI评分及对手术服务的满意度。结果观察组干预后STAI评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对手术服务的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以手术陪护服务为主的综合护理干预有助于降低普外科手术患者术前焦虑及提高患者对手术服务的满意度。应重视患者术前焦虑问题,加强对护士沟通及心理护理技能的培养,关注患者术前感受,在术前特殊时期对患者进行人性化的手术陪护服务。Objective To solve the problem of preoperative anxiety among patients underwent general surgery and provide a good psychological state for patients those to recover quickly.Methods A total of 366 patients from two ward of general surgery those will receive surgery were enrolled in the study, and they were divided into observation group and control group in accordance with facilitating sampling method.The 206 cases of patients in observation group received surgery escort, while the 160 cases in control group adopted conventional preoperative nursing care. Homemade operation service satisfaction survey and state trait anxiety inventory(STAI) were used to carry out an investigation among the patients. Preoperative STAI score and satisfaction on surgical services of the two groups were compared.Results The STAI score of observation group after the intervention was lower than the control group(P<0.05), on the contrast, the satisfaction on operation service was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention based on surgical escort service is helpful to reduce the preoperative anxiety for surgery patients and improve their satisfaction on surgical service. Preoperative anxiety problems should be paid attention, strengthen the cultivation of communication and psychological nursing skills, focus on preoperative feelings of patients, and provide humanized surgical escort services for patients during special preoperative period.
